Pressure Washing
We use a soft wash bleach solution method This consists of 10 parts water + 1 part bleach + small amount of detergent. Our technicians then apply the solution from bottom to top and let it sit several minutes to dissolve mold and mildew as well as break down cobwebs, dirt, pollen, etc. Then we follow up with a light to medium pressure rinse from the top down.
- High pressure is not used on homes to protect them from any damage. The soft wash bleach solution method is proven to be a far more effective method to clean the exterior vinyl siding, soffits, fascia, gutters, shutters, composite decks, vinyl railing, vinyl fences, and stair, etc. (Disclaimer: Soft wash method typically does not remove black rundown streaks on exterior of gutters and fascia. Also know as tiger striping).
Concrete
We use a high speed Walk Behind surface cleaner attachment that eliminates “zebra stripping” and produces a nice even cleaning of the concrete surfaces. Our technicians then follow up with a wand attachment to wash off loose debris and concentrate high pressure on certain stubborn stains.
We offer both hot and cold water pressure washing. The hot water unit is typically used on commercial accounts to remove heavy oil, gum, dirt, grease and high traffic areas, etc. The cold water pressure washing is typically sufficient for most residential patios, driveways and sidewalks.
